Baker — Marinette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Marinette County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
