Immediate opening: dry lining plasterer (Vermont)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Addison County, Vermont. You will work on a busy domestic building site. On a typical shift you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
