Kitchen porter — Powhatan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Powhatan County, Virginia. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $32 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
