Turning centre operator — Essex County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Essex County, Vermont. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm On a typical shift you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; run first-off inspection and sign off the part.
