Meat trimmer — Egbado North

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Egbado North, Ogun State. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
