Overlocker operator wanted in Jackson Parish

Join our team: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Jackson Parish, Louisiana. The role involves set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
