Furniture maker — Bennett County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a furniture maker in Bennett County, South Dakota. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height On a typical shift you will apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
