Final inspection operator wanted in Clearfield County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing 4+ years on the tools preferred. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
