Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
