You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating.
