Pastry baker — Oglethorpe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
