Concrete finisher — Madera County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Madera County, California. Day to day you will carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Full-time, day shift. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
