Powder coating line operator — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Washington County, Alabama. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
