Milling machine operator — Bradley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Bradley County, Tennessee. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. You will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
