Roofing technician — Lafayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing technician in Lafayette County, Mississippi. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Six days a week, one day off.
