Day to day you will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
