Blocklayer — Mani

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Mani, Katsina State. The job is on a new-build development. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage On a typical shift you will brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses.
