You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
