Oven operator wanted in Etim Ekpo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Etim Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Pay around ₦295,000 per month, based on your experience.
