Excavator operator • Colfax County, New Mexico

Immediate opening: we are hiring an excavator operator in Colfax County, New Mexico. You will work at a road and highway construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly You should have: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
