Oven operator — Hillsborough County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
