Kitchenhand wanted in Ukwa East

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ukwa East, Abia State. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
