Immediate opening: commis chef (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Twiggs County, Georgia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
