The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 6+ years on the tools preferred.
