Immediate opening: cake decorator (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
