Prep cook wanted in Wayne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Wayne County, Utah. The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
