Backhoe operator — Nacogdoches County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Nacogdoches County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance.
