Assembly technician — Hennepin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly technician in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy assembly plant. You will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Careful handling of tools and components • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
