Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Douglas County, Nevada. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules On the job you will handle: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Six days a week, one day off.
