Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Careful handling of tools and components On a typical shift you will snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line.
