Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
