Groundskeeper — Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Jefferson County, West Virginia. The role involves dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. Requirements: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Rotating shifts.
