Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Holmes County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets The role involves: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays Full-time with occasional weekends.
