JCB operator — DeSoto County

Now hiring: we are hiring a JCB operator in DeSoto County, Florida. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Your main tasks: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines 1+ years on the tools preferred.
