Baker wanted in Transylvania County

Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
