Oven operator — Marshall County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Marshall County, South Dakota. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
