Chef de partie — Howard County

Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Howard County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Performance bonus on top of base pay.
