We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork erector in Monroe County, Kentucky. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing On the job you will handle: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse 2+ years on the tools preferred.
