Join our team: panel welder (Lagos State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area, Lagos State. Your main tasks: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
