Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Zaki, Bauchi State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
