Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Isiala-Ngwa North, Abia State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
