Gtaw welder — Fulton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Fulton County, New York. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. The role involves set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
