Join our team: we are hiring a sausage maker in Silame, Sokoto State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 4+ years on the tools preferred.
