We are recruiting: plant operator (Georgia)

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Pickens County, Georgia. You will be based at a plant hire yard. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations You should have: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
