Formwork erector — Deuel County

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork erector in Deuel County, South Dakota. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
