Immediate opening: cook (Washington)

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Kitsap County, Washington. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
