Stamping press operator — Pike County

Join our team: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Pike County, Arkansas. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
