Kitchenhand — Marion County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Marion County, Indiana. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
