Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching You will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes.
