Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Part-time with flexible hours.
